Cancellation Policy
Reservation and Security DepositTo secure a spot for our event photography services, a security deposit of $120 is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures your reservation and will be applied toward the final cost of the photography services. Refund PolicyThe security deposit is refundable under the following circumstances: The event is canceled with at least 14 days' notice. Cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as severe weather or venue-related issues, and is communicated promptly to our team. For cancellations that do not meet these criteria, the security deposit is non-refundable. Initial Communication RequirementAll event bookings must include an initial consultation with our Communications Director. This step ensures we fully understand your event needs, align on creative direction, and finalize essential details before confirming the reservation. Final PaymentThe remaining balance for the event photography services will be due 48 hours before the scheduled event unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. Additional Notes Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis and are not considered finalized until the deposit is received. By placing the security deposit, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
